Return eligibility

You may return any product within 14 days of delivery.

• Change of mind: items must be unused and in their original, unopened packaging with all accessories and proof of purchase (order number or invoice). You pay the return shipping.
• Faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied items: we cover return shipping and will repair, replace or refund, in line with the Consumer Protection Act.
• Not returnable: software licences, digital products, opened consumables and custom-built or special-order items.

How to start a return

1. Email sales@urbanfocus.co.za or call 087 550 1813 with your order number and reason for return
2. Our team will confirm eligibility and provide return instructions
3. Once received and inspected, approved refunds are processed to the original payment method

Refunds & exchanges

Refunds cover the item price and exclude the original delivery fee unless the return is due to our error. Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is paid by the customer; for faulty or incorrectly supplied items we cover it. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
